Booking & Service Policy
​To ensure we provide the highest standard of service to all our clients, we operate under the following guidelines:

​Booking Deposit: To secure your appointment for higher-value services like the Full Detail or Ceramic Coatings, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

​Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking. Failure to provide notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or to pay a cancellation fee of up to £50.

Weather conditions: As a mobile service, our work is weather-dependent. If severe weather conditions (including heavy rain, strong winds, or freezing temperatures) prevent us from carrying out the service safely and to IDA standards, we will contact you to arrange the next available appointment at no additional cost.

​Vehicle Access: Please ensure there is sufficient space around the vehicle for our mobile unit and that we have access to the vehicle keys at the scheduled time.

As we operate without an onboard power generator, the customer is responsible for providing access to a standard 240v power outlet

​Maintenance Plan Eligibility: Access to our Maintenance Valet pricing is exclusively for vehicles that have received a Full Valet or higher within the last 4 weeks. If an appointment is missed, a Full Valet may be required to restart the plan.

​Insurance & Peace of Mind: DN Details is fully insured for public liability and worked-on vehicle cover, giving you total peace of mind while your vehicle is in our care.

Pre-Existing Damage: We conduct a vehicle inspection before starting any work; any pre-existing damage, such as stone chips, scratches, or interior tears, will be noted and remains the owner's responsibility.

​Paintwork Integrity: For Enhancement Details and Ceramic Coatings, we assume the vehicle has original factory paint; we are not liable for issues arising from previous poor-quality smart repairs or thinning clear coats.

​Pricing Adjustments: All "From" prices are based on vehicles in average condition; we reserve the right to adjust the final price for excessive pet hair, heavy mould, light interiors, or extreme soiling, though this will be discussed before work begins.

​Service Limitations: While we strive for perfection in our Full Detail, some stains or odours may be permanent depending on the age and type of material.

​Personal Belongings: Customers are requested to remove all personal items and rubbish from the vehicle before our arrival; DN Details is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left inside.

​Workplace Safety: We require a safe area to work, away from heavy traffic or hazards; if the location is deemed unsafe by us, the appointment may be rescheduled.
​Payment Terms & Vehicle Release

​Payment Timing: Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of the service and before the vehicle keys are returned to the owner.

​Methods of Payment: We accept [Bank Transfer / Card Payment / Cash]. If paying by Bank Transfer, funds must be cleared and visible in our account before the vehicle is released.

​Vehicle Lien: As a professional service provider, DN Details reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle keys and/or the vehicle itself until the final invoice is paid in full.

​Invoicing: A physical/digital receipt or invoice will be provided for all completed works

​Late Payment: In the event that payment is not made on the day of service, a late payment fee may be applied to the total balance.
